William S. May
Mentor Emeritus
William (Bill) May has about 40 years of Abstracting experience. Bill's broad understanding of real estate and court records through years of research experience spanning through various changing in indexing, offer a full understanding of the ongoing changes in the title industry. Bill holds a Doctorate degree from Tulane University.
Amy S. May
President and Chief Executive Officer
Amy May has worked in Title Abstracting and the Real Estate Industry since 2000. Trained by one of the best in the real estate industry, William May, as a second generation Abstractor, Amy took all the knowledge and combined that with a strong work ethic and established Land Title Abstracts, LLC and expanded from one Parish to statewide coverage. In 2006, Amy expanded and established Land Title Investments, LLC, specializing in buying, selling, and financing buyers who need creative financing options. In 2009, Amy established Land Title Research and has expanded to multi-state coverage. Amy pays particular attention to the changes in the real estate industry as well as real estate laws. Member of NOREIA, NALTEA, Source of Title, Chamber. Amy is happily married to Mike May and has two grown children and three grandchildren whom she adores. Hobbies include: fitness, music, dancing, serving the community, and traveling.
Christopher M. May
Chief Financial Officer
Chris May brings a broad array of expertise in financial and operational leadership through extensive experience at Fortune 100 corporations, global consulting firms, hedge funds, and real estate partnerships. Chris began his career in Washington, DC as an associate at BGR Group. After his tenure at BGR Group, Chris participated in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he completed roles in financial planning, M&A, corporate strategy, and business development. After his LDP experience, Chris became CFO of a public affairs consulting firm in Washington, DC and is now President of CM Solutions, LLC and Managing Partner of Land Title Investments, LLC. Chris’s role within Land Title Research spans financial and strategy execution. Chris is active in his community as a member of the Trust for the National Mall, a chapter co-chair of Maverick PAC, a Member of REIA, and Treasurer of Safari Club International, and grew up in Slidell, LA where he became an avid outdoors man and is a cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi in Finance and Economics and he holds an MBA from George Washington University.
Sarah A. Boyle
Vice President of Operations and Client Relations
Sarah Boyle is the Director of Operations and Vendor Management at Land Title Research, a title abstracting company that simplifies the real estate process. In this role, Sarah manages all aspects of vendor relations and operational procedures. A big believer in helping the community, Sarah is a member of IMA and also works closely with the Special Olympics of Louisiana. Sarah is a qualified VM and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Orleans. Sarah is no stranger to real estate and abstracting, having spent five years as an abstractor, and three years as an office manager for an abstracting company before obtaining her current role as Director. Before joining Land Title Research, Sarah worked for a diverse range of organizations including Land Title Investments, Louisiana Special Olympics, and Upperline Media. Sarah’s varied background and skill set strategically allocates her to deliver the best results to any stakeholders. Sarah helps to ensure that, from finish to close, the real estate process goes by as quickly and smoothly for our clients as possible. Sarah’s professional skill set as well as her interpersonal proficiency and outgoing personality uniquely position her to deliver results. Sarah is a proud mom to a son, Aiden (2011) and enjoys cross fit and spending time with her son and family.
Tamara N. Wagner
Tennessee Market Administrator
Tamara Wagner is the Administrator for the Tennessee Market. Tamara lives in Murfreesboro, TN (suburb of Nashville) and has 10 years of title abstracting experience. In addition to the years of abstracting experience, Tamara holds a Bachelors Degree from Middle Tennessee State University and is a licensed real estate agent. Her broad understanding of all aspects of real estate are helpful in the execution of the Tennessee market. Tamara is married to Garrett Wagner and has three children , all born within five years. She is supermom!
